I like the concept and the different flavors. However, the pierogi here are not true authentic pierogi, their dough is more of an Asian style dough than an Eastern European / Slavic recipe which typically has sour cream in the dough. If you want to try real authentic pierogi, there are other options in the area. If you want to try something for fun this is it.

Zofia's Kitchen is located on the left side of the court - near the set of inside escalators. I've tried Zofia's Kitchen's pierogis a couple times and think that their classics, like the loaded potato pierogis, are the best on the menu. I like that they give you options for the pierogis (steamed, crispy, etc.) and their variety of sauces. In addition, they have so many different sauces for you to experiment with! Whenever I'm confused, I usually ask the staff on their recommendations and they always are happy to help. Recently I ventured out to try the Lox pierogi and Blueberry Lemon + Thyme pierogi - both were disappointing. L...
