Besides being very rude during other visits when I inquired about DDperks, this time I stood at the counter for several minutes while the only worker had a conversation with an airport employee. They looked at me as I walked up and kept talking. I ended up walking off. Won't be going to the Dunkin' Donuts in this airport anymore.
