This place is a gem. Somewhat unique in that you order items ahead (by Saturday for Tuesday pickup or delivery). Wife and I get 5 full size items and it is a couple days of food for us (lunch and dinner). But the food they make is amazing and sooo good for you. Quick reheat and you are eating some of the cleanest food in town. They are an absolute must for any vegan, vegetarian, or health-conscious person in Asheville. Every week the menu changes, the greatest hits rotate in frequently, and the staff couldn't be nicer. We picked up our first meals this past Tuesday and plan on coming back every Tuesday from now on!! Not only is the food healthy, it’s packed with flavor and to the brim.
