I've never had duck before last night, and today I'm going out to buy a Remington, a duck call, a plaid hat, and duck hunter on Nintendo 64. We had lots of the appetizers (winter lettuces, charred broccoli, eggplant), and they all slapped hard enough for me to consider calling the cops. Nobody slaps my girlfriend like that and gets away with it. We had a couple cocktails, red Canada, Elton heart, and black oxford, and they got us tipsy enough to actually talk to each other for a change and talk to the waiters. We were worried by the time the food came out that we'd still be too full from the appetizers, but even though we were full, the food was good enough to swallow it down like pelicans freed from jail. I got the duck and my gf got the mushroom ravioli.

I can't say enough amazing things about this restaurant, the chef, and the story behind it. First experience with David Nichols amazing food was last year at the field to table experience at the football stadium ( whatever it's called these days I can't keep track of the unending name changes) I was drawn to the Pan American cuisine that I love so much and that everything was gluten free. We loved the meal and became huge fans of his. The food was so incredible the restaurant has been on my list to check out for a while- and finally we made it there recently for a...

Our servers were amazing and friendly from the beginning. Extremely personable and willing to listen to our menu requests. I had never had an eggplant dish that I'd liked, but our server convinced us and it was well worth taking the leap. Eggplant was crispy, salty, sweet, and everything between. We also got the Brussel sprouts and it balanced the sweet eggplant well. Service is unparalleled at Eight Row. Our sever was extremely personable and we had the 4 other staff members take care of us as if we knew them. We had the strip steak to top it off and it couldn't have been better. Cannot wait to come back and experience the level of service and high quality food we did.
