I've been going there forever. Most of the time while on the road, I find a restaurant. It's simple, fast, convenient...never get tired of it.

This Laguna Niguel location has the worse service I've seen. During lunch breaks, drive through orders take priority over everything because they don't have room for more than a few cars. So, if you want to eat inside around lunchtime get ready to wait 15-20 minutes for your order. So much for Fast Food.

Ordering my great food from El Pollo Loco and asking/reminding the person three times to give me Avacado sauce, it was forgotten once again! After 20 years of visiting the establishment and this happening quite often as well as forgetting sides, I may think twice or maybe Three times before going back!
