This is a large fry? Besides the fact that they arrived cold like the rest of the food, atleast the breadsticks were alright

Ordered on line at 2:15 pm. At 4 pm called store to see were my order was. Was told driver could not find my house and he did call ( no message left, as I did not hear the phone) Then rude man asked me if I wanted it delivered now, did not ask for directions to my house. Finally got food, cold, dried out etc. Was never offered to have food remade, or a credit. So done with Franco's pizza, as this is not the first poor experience we have had with the Eggert rd store.
