With an array of Brazilian restaurants available in the Houston area, we were disappointed with our experience at Gauchos Do Sul. There seemed to be a limited meat selection - the servers kept being out the same cuts (top sirloin, bottom sirloin, occasionally shrimp). All cuts were extremely dry and not seasoned well. One of the experiences one looks for when dining at a churrascaria is the cut of the meat - the cuts served were too big, hence the dryness and lack of taste. This is the second time that we dined here - as with any of my critiques, I hope the establishment looks at this as an opportunity for improvement.
