We went to Grimaldi's Pizzeria on Monday, June 18 at around 8 pm. The hostess is very rude. Before we decided to go up there, I Called and asked how long the wait would be. The hostess said an hour and 45 minutes. We went ahead and went. The place was empty. I got on the waiting list and she said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. We waited an hour and received no text. My husband and friends went to the bar and asked about our table. The person was like, "oh, your table is ready." It's as though she forgot to seat us even though we are supposed to receive a text so I'm not sure how that works. The look on her face is not very welcoming, which is supposed to be her job. I would have given it a five out of five but she ruined our experience from the get-go.
