Went out looking to treat myself and spotted Holy Bee's Bakery cookies at Uwajimaya. They were beautifully packaged and all the flavors sounded great, and I ultimately settled on the Early Grey Shortbread Cookies. The cookies were the perfect thickness - giving a light snap with each bite without falling apart in the bag. The buttery sweetness was indeed a treat and it took a lot of will power to not eat them all on the way home. I do wish the earl grey taste was stronger, as I could barely taste it. I would definitely buy from here again, but I would stick to normal flavors that don't need to come through as much.
