Highly recommend the tuna tartare appetizer! Hudson Salad was wonderful!

Salmon is amazing! Chicken was great with their special sauce (didn’t catch the name but it was white) truffle fries are super good too, wish they were a bit thicker. My brother got the chicken & waffles and loved it (a bit too sweet for me). The workers & manager are very nice & ensure you have a pleasant experience. They gave a lovely slice of cake with a sparkler for my brothers birthday!

Ahh. Im so broken hearted about this review because I LOVE HUDSON HOUSE. Let me start off my saying, the food is top notch! The oyster are amazingly fresh. I got the Beverely salad, DELICIOUS. HERES WHERE IM SO TORN... The service.... Yikes. My friend arrived 10 minutes prior to my arrival. After being seated, she was not greeted at all so she moved to the bar. She told them what happened and they didn't seem to really care about it at all. (Probably should've left at that point but since we love it so much we decided on that not to be the reason to leave. DUHH. WE LOVE HUDSON! The same service at the bar was unfortunately received. I think we just went around their busiest time since the attentiveness wasn't there. I had a drink spilled on me (well the bar top where I was) and just got a small wipe. NO BIG DEAL! Honestly, I get accidents I just wish there was a little more of an apology or care (maybe I'm being picky)... Then... shift rotation occurred. Honestly, my friend and I thought this would be better since the first bartender just seemed too busy and ready to go. To our surprise it wasn't better (worse because there were TWO bartenders instead of one)... we were neglected all thr...
