IHOP has gone way downhill since my last visit. What happened to the numerous syrup offerings? If covid removed them from the table, at least have the server ask if we'd like something other than maple. Also, what happened to kids eat free night? Food was not good, scrambled eggs & hash browns were asked to be well done, eggs came undercooked and the hash browns came badly brown. I will not be coming back to this location at anytime in the future.

Went in for breakfast with the family within the last our. We were seated promptly but unfortunately, we waited 20-30 mins and not a single server. We decided to leave due to the lack of Customer service, I'm sure the food is great however, if your establishment is short staffed at least let us customers know. Horrible experience, but I do recommend the IHOP location at 11225 Katy fwy.
