I want to thank you guys for being the best Ramen I have had in my life to date. This review is late. I was there in the area two years ago. I have eaten at many ramen places since then and none have compared. The restaurant is very nice and was crowded when I got in. Which was a good sign of a great place. Though it was packed the ramen still came delicious and prepared correctly. When I am back in NC this will definitely be my destination.

My family and I were craving Japanese cuisine and came upon Itto Ramen Bar & Tapas. Upon being seated we were given not enough menus. We politely asked for a few more and were informed that they are running low. They told us that we should instead scan the QR code. We were okay with this. Later, we asked our waitress for a menu for craft beers, and our waitress rudely pointed to a board with the beers listed on it without uttering a word.
