TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!Their card wasn’t working, they should of put a sign in the drive thru that the card machine isn’t working instead of having us pull up and telling it on the speaker phone just for them to say come inside and pay with card so we drove all the way back leaving the drive thru just to go inside to use the card machine which was UNCALLED FOR! All the workers had to do was just walk 5 extra steps to use the card machineInstead of telling us they don’t accept card via drive thru forcing us to go back and go inside and use the card machine because they were lazy to walk 5 extra steps to use the other card...

Went through the drive up. Did not have a good experience. Could not hear the person taking our order. They gave me diet Coke instead of regular, and when I told them they said, "Well we are out of regular Coke." ?? Not sure why they didn't ask before making a substitution. Also our food did not taste very good-below par on what we typically get at Jack In...
