Jacobo's Cafe was good. It wasn't "write home to your family" amazing, but it was good. Will I come back here? Yes. Will I go out of my way to come back here? No. The service was a little slow, but good. The food was okay. My barbacoa plate wasn't very hot when it came out, and the queso was very thin and runny... like...
