I truly need to express how thankful/grateful I am for the manager on duty who assisted me with my order today. I am sure he has had to deal with so much. So many workers are struggling to work short-staffed, paid far less than they are worth. Nevertheless, this manager went above and beyond. I am just sorry I didn't catch his name so I can credit him properly. I placed my order, and was told an estimate due to a lack of delivery drivers, they would need to use doordash. The time came and went so I called for an update. I was told the order had gone out but shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes to get there. It was well past that. I was then told a new order would be made and sent out. Well, I got my food but the manager had personally ensured I would receive it. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was filled, and I just can't say how much I appreciate it, him taking the time to make sure my lunch was delivered to me. Thank you!

We have been ordering from Jet's Pizza a couple times a month throughout the pandemic and have never had a bad experience. I always order on their website and have done pickup and delivery interchangeably. In fact, I ordered last night around 5pm and the pizzas were at my door 20 minutes later!!Every item we get is delicious! This pizza is the real thing, if you're on a low carb/low fat/low sodium diet DO NOT order, lol. That being said, the thin crust veggie pizza is packed with veggies and cut into small square pieces so, if you have self control (which of course I don't) then perhaps this might be a healthy choice.I highly recommend the 8 corner style Detroit Deepdish pizza. So much bread, cheese, crispy crust, totally devine. Plus my kids don't have to fight over who gets the corner slice!!
