I called at 3:30 to place an order for pickup at 5:30. I got there at 5:20 and my order was not ready yet. It was busy there. My number was 90. I kept asking how was my order doing and the person said it was in the oven. The person was nice. I asked for 1 hour and it was in the oven for an hour. At 6:30 I now knew my pizza was not in an oven. People with numbers in the 120's where getting there pizza's. I asked for my money back and he went for a second to see if it was ready I guess and said nothing and I got my money back. The real issue is I was lied to for and hour. I like Jets Pizza but I will not be buying any more Jet's pizza's from them any more. I never got a pizza that night. Thanks.

I called at 940 pm on 9/1/21 and the lady on the phone was not thrilled to be taking our order. She was absolutely disgusting with me on the phone when all i wanted was a simple order of a deep dish duo. When i asked for a pickup order, she scoffed and said "you're the last order of the night" i just said dont even worry about it sorry to be such a hassle for you guys. Is this how we're supposed treat customers??Also I'd like to mentione that Ive never made a single review about a business before until now.

The best crust you'll ever have. Vegan options are stellar but it's always a consistent treat. Best pizza in town.
