I stopped in to get a few subs for my friends and I and was out of there in a timely manner. However, there was a hair in one of the subs which ruined my friend’s appetite. It happens but won’t be going to this Jimmy John’s again.

I’ve ordered from here twice and both times my order has either been forgotten or lost. It’s right down the road from work but I can’t leave so I order delivery, I’ve waited over an hour both times and still nothing so I’ve cancelled. Save your money and order elsewhere that will actually bring you your food within the time frame instead of forgetting about it or not delivering at all.

If you can, avoid the E Ann St site in Ann Arbor, MI. "Students are back so we are slow." Well you are certainly not Freaky Fast. "No ma'am we are not. We don't post that on our site anymore". HAHAHAHAHA Ordered at 11:18am It is 12:05pm and "When the next driver returns it will go out in that batch". But I have no idea when the driver will be back". HAHAHAHAHAHA. And I paid for this! WOW. Won't use Jimmy John's anymore. And will email my entire office as well. They are no longer reliable.
