Ummmm literally ordered 20 min ago maybe less on the app...tried calling them to add something else and they were closed!!!!!....on a Saturday!!!!...wow...if I would have called I would have never known....u guys should shut down

Had issues with online ordering, The first gentleman calmly apologized and found my account information. Then he went and got his manager when he couldn't help me :) both very friendly, both did what they could to help! Great Team! :)

I think people are way to nice when giving reviews this place by far is not the best Jimmy John's that I've ever been to it's by far one of the worst Jimmy John's the fact that they are the only Jimmy John's in our Tri-City area that closes on the weekends it's kind of baloney in my opinion the fact that they close at 7:00 during the week on top of that now let's move on to the air quoting freaky fast delivery I have had more than one occasion where it is taken over an hour to get a sandwich drink and cookie this is absolutely absurd for somebody that prides themselves on making and...
