Jimmy John's in Midland

Ummmm literally ordered 20 min ago maybe less on the app...tried calling them to add something else and they were closed!!!!!....on a Saturday!!!!...wow...if I would have called I would have never known....u guys should shut down

Had issues with online ordering, The first gentleman calmly apologized and found my account information. Then he went and got his manager when he couldn't help me :) both very friendly, both did what they could to help! Great Team! :)

I think people are way to nice when giving reviews this place by far is not the best Jimmy John's that I've ever been to it's by far one of the worst Jimmy John's the fact that they are the only Jimmy John's in our Tri-City area that closes on the weekends it's kind of baloney in my opinion the fact that they close at 7:00 during the week on top of that now let's move on to the air quoting freaky fast delivery I have had more than one occasion where it is taken over an hour to get a sandwich drink and cookie this is absolutely absurd for somebody that prides themselves on making and getting people sandwiches the fastest not to mention the countless times that I've had my drinks forgotten or my chips forgotten or even my cookie forgotten all they can remember is to grab the sandwich and go that's baloney and not to mention that they don't even deliver to the entire City of Midland they have a cutoff zone at Wheeler and refuse to go even one road over in their same town they don't even have full City coverage in a town / City that doesn't take more than 5 minutes to get from one side to the other at the furthest points mind you. this Jimmy John's needs to take a serious hard look at their management styles and the way they allow their employees to operate this business by far the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to
