Jimmy John's in Boca Raton

I don't know where to begin. I ordered 1 sandwich for delivery yesterday 1/4/2022 at 12:10PM I waited patiently for it to be delivered. After an hour at 1:10PM I called the store asking where my food is at this point. The young man on the phone told me "I don't know I think it is out for delivery." I asked him if he could call the delivery driver to see where my order was and he told me "I'm too busy making food to do that. He should be there soon I think." When I expressed my dissatisfaction he told me "Look the delivery isn't freaky fast like they say it is. We just aren't that fast." I was shocked. I received no apology and no offer of compensation for my meal. I just got excuses. I would like to note my office is at 176 B Glades Road, Boca Raton exactly 1.1 miles from Jimmy John's. I ordered a $20 sandwich and got no meat on my sandwich. this is the 4th time in a row they've made mistakes on my order. these issues started about 2 or 3 months ago. I cant order from here anymore. I think it's deliberate and intentional at this point. The manager said to me he wouldn't be that mad if his sandwich order was incorrect.

I have ordered from dozens of Jimmy Johns all across the country and this is the only location I have ever had issues with. Up until a few months ago, they were as great as the rest. Now, the orders take over an hour, if they arrive at all. They have falsely claimed to have delivered them and when they finally do, the order is wrong. The final straw was waiting over an hour for my order, having to call three times to find out what happened, and being told they cancelled it because they are short staffed. I received no indication of this and would not have known my meal wasn't coming at all had I not called multiple times to inquire. My workplace used to order from here several times a week.
