What a delicious sandwich and the service was professional and friendly. I went through the drive thru and the order taker was patient and friendly. She repeated my order back to be sure she got it right (she did!). Michael, who takes the money and hands out the food was courteous and accurate. I appreciate workers who are joyful and not grumpy. These folks seemed happy at work. My sandwich is yummmm! The French bread is soft and sooo fresh. Turkey is sliced very thin and piled in there. Shredded iceberg is fresh, tomato slices are thicker than most sandwich places. The only negative is they can't heat your sandwich, but...

I have been here 3 times and they have screwed up my order twice. Same thing both times forgot the lettuce and they are slow.

So if I place an order at 10am to be delivered at 2:15-2:30, and here it is 2:40 and i’m still waiting....This is not what it advertise Jimmy John's. I have only 30mins for lunch and 10 of that has been waiting on my order. Unacceptable.
