Put in online order in at the pickup window only order at 7:34 an order was confirmed ready at 7:39. We sat parked an patiently waited until 8:05pm. We then got into like an arrived at the window at 8:20pm. Questioned the manager about Our order an wanting a refund due to never receiving Our food. She proceeded to tell Us We can only receive refund by calling a hotline. We asked out of curiosity what happened to Our order an the manager’s excuse was they forgot to put Our order in the window. Hopefully We receive a refund for Our food We paid for an never received that the staff admitted they forgot

Best KFC around. Oil always seems to be fresh, chicken never burnt or dry, the bowls are not swimming in gray with no meat,, and the pop tastes like they keep the machine clean. The employees are quick considering everything tastes fresh. Wish more were like this location.
