Horrible customer service from the African American drive through lady, she was rude and not helpful and not nice at ALL! When I got up to the window the younger guy who took my payment was nonchalant. I was still patiently waiting for my food and the Hispanic short hair looking lady handed him my food and looked at me rudely. They quickly gave me my food and were done. I asked, if I can have my drink since they forgot. They handed me the wrong drink, Hispanic lady gave me the coke with an attitude. It’s as if I was making their lives inconvenient by being a customer. The way they were treating me as a customer was poorly. I hope the owner of this franchise sees this because in a so called nice area “Kingwood,” this shouldn’t be going on. Please fix the attitude of your rude employees and let them know they are working to serve customers. Not make customers feel like a burden when they are simply ordering food. I will definitely be spreading the word in Kingwood to AVOID this KFC, since the behavior of the employees was ridiculously rude.Update: went there again one week ago and they never fail to disappoint, again horrible customer service and when we got the food, it wasn’t even cooked right. Your branch is useless, I’m going to report you to corporate.
