Went for a late lunch with my mom at Kyoto Japanese Restaurant and sat there for 45 minutes without receiving our order. We did not order anything complicated (cucumber rolls and avocado rolls). When we finally decided to leave without ever getting. Our food the waitress simply laughed and said the cook just didn't make it and she didn't know why. We didn't even receive one apology from the waitress, the host, or man...
