Food is ok. Customer service is even worse. You’ll be standing at the counter for 5-10 mins (sometimes longer) without anyone acknowledging you. They’ll literally walk by you, make eye contact, & choose not to speak. Happened to me today, again. Was waiting at counter for a lengthy time & nobody took the time to ask have I been helped. Same waitress who walked pass me 5 times quickly acknowledged one of her regulars (I’m assuming) with a smile & conversation. Guy wasn’t even waiting 20 seconds. while my food was literally still waiting on the counter. Do better.
