Person who cooks the steaks doesn't do a good job, steaks were undercooked and then overcooked. Tried to explain the issue to him and he tries and argue.

Nothing was good. The sushi had rainbows. Most things we tried were cold. The steak was from a saddle not a cow. For 15$ I expected more.
