Little Caesars Pizza in Pomona

This saddens me to review but after waiting 40 minutes for a Hawaiian Pizza, my in laws and I were eating uncooked crust. This is a place we come to often so we never had a bad experience like this until last night. Why say your order will be ready in 40 minutes and give us a pizza that wasn’t fully cooked. We ate what we could from the pizza after realizing the dough was what was stretchy and NOT cheese.

I usually like little caesars but this time has been the worst experience. They charged me three times because their computer kept saying error. The next morning I checked my bank account and saw they charged me three times So basically I paid 73 dollars for four hot and ready pizza's. They don't answer their phone and when I went in person they told me to call my bank, why? it wasn't my banks fault. Honestly I'm never buying pizza here again make sure they don't over charge you like they did me.

This place has the worst group of kids working at night Called 3 times but no answer so I came in person and if they answer they're phone at night with 30 minutes till closing time??? Chubby kid Literally gave me a blank stare and said ummmmm the phone hasn't ranged. The same kid was also the one who had told me a previous time that they'd ran out of chicken wings when I phoned an order and when I came in a person, guess what??? They had MF chicken wings ‍ giving it one star obviously because of its unprofessional shitty service they give towards customers. I mean come on you work at Little Caesars pizza, your task can only get so hard, why bullshit customers?by avoiding work towards the end of shift?
