Little Caesars Pizza in Angola

i wish i could give 0 stars.   increased prices and now with the increase, you don't get pizza sauce with the breadstix. do you see your competition in this area.  you wont last long.  im spreading the word...

Usually decent pizza on the cheap but today it was horrible. Ordered my pizzas online to be picked up at the pizza portal. Pizza was suppose to be ready at 6;30. The person behind the counter said she was not able to load my order into the portal which was fine if it had been ready. I waited 15 minutes for her to get my order ready. At first she tried to give me 2 pizzas instead of the 3 I ordered. I had to repeat my order 3 different times. I finally get my order and she gives me a crazy bread because I had been kept waiting which would have been a nice gesture if it had been edible. I get home and 2 of the 3 pizzas were correct the third one is wrong. The crazy bread was old , not warm and dried out. I was partially to blame for not checking my order before I left. I will not make that mistake in the future. I called the store to notify her of her mistake and she did offer to make me a new pizza but it wasn't worth the gas money to drive 20 minutes into town and back home for another pizza. It would have been better business to offer delivery.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and regular garlic bread. They gave me a cheese pizza and cheese bread and charged me the extra amount for the cheese bread. When I get home I realize their mistake. I take the pizza back and ask for a refund which they say they are unable to give me because their GM was not there. They tell me to come back the next day to get my refund. I come back the next day. GM is still not there but the manager is able to refund the money. Weeks later and the money still has not been refunded to my card.  They claimed to have issued the refund and never did. This is theft. A company with such poor business practices should not be open.
