Ordered through the app for first time and they forgot several things, tried calling several times after getting home to let a manager know and nobody ever came to the phone.

Ordered a pizza it was overcooked.Iy was very datk and looked burnt.The manager said that is just how their oven is.She had an extremely bad attitude and was non professional.Their pizza doesn't look like the other restaurants.If it is a problem with your oven please get it fixed.I will not go to this restaurant again!

This is Amanda Atchley - This place is a joke! Absolutely horrible customer service!! The "manager" Laura(who thinks because she manages a Little Caesars pizza is a bada** ! LOL) was rude and had serious attitude issues. Also an employee named Brittany proceeded to tell me (with immense attitude) how a cheese and pepperoni pizza with light sauce is a customized order and would be $3 extra. I told them I was in there all the time and had always paid $10.93(as I should). They argued with me and tried to intimidate me in front of a store full of people. Needless to say... I will NEVER order from that store again, nor will anyone I know. I will spend the rest of my life telling everyone how awful this place is and how they need to desperately take a course on customer satisfaction/friendliness. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION unless you are ok being talked to in a horrible, rude manner and be-littled!
