Little Caesars Pizza in Richmond

The one on Is Mechanicsville turnpike is ridiculous I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes Before I saw a Employee Then it took her her another another 5 minutes Is to walk 3' to the counter to serve me Is she acted like I was bothering her Is she had something better to do than work her job She was rude slow and lazy My order was cold And my cookies Is we're in a sealed piece of plastic individually wrapped like it was store bought Is sitting on top of my pizza Box next to 2 Cansof soda she couldn't even be bothered to put it in a bag for me Is the worst service ever, And it's unfortunate because the Little Caesars on on Williamsburg road is awesome hot food quick service friendly,t he complete opposite of the one on Mechanicsville turnpike

Waited over 30 minutes for the door dash order. The employees were all hanging out in the back goofing off and gave me no idea how long I was gonna be waiting. There was no one even going through the drive thru and only 3 other people in the whole store waiting. Will not be accepting anymore orders from here.

Yes the people are nice and the pizza tasted pretty good but I didn't know this before but the Little Caesars Pizzas aren't made-from-scratch they come in Frozen and they just put them in their oven so I'm very disappointed I thought all more made-from-scratch the bestest Pizza supposed to be with 650 it just comes in Frozen like you get it in the grocery store I'm very disappointed thank you
