Used mobile app to order a pizza on 01/22/22 @ 6pm. App Saud it would be del by 7:04pm. At 715pm tried calling store, no answer. I got a message from door dash dash saying he was at store at 720pm. At 745pm app showed driver still at store, still couldn't get anyone on phone so I tried calling the toll free number on the and wad put on hold noone ever picked back up. Sent a message 2 driver to tell little Ceasars 2 cancel order. At 838pm got a call drop driver telling me he was outlying into my neighborhood. I told him again I did not want it. The next day I went 2 the store and explained what happened he said they would take care of it. Money was still taken. Now I have to have my bank dispute it.

I had to wait over an hour for my order...told 3 time it would be brought out to me after I paid at the drive thru

One of the best Little Caesars around! The employee assisting us was so personable and kind. I hope they treat their employees well, especially in these times. I was told the pizza would be about 10 minutes, so I went to wait in the car, but after about 5 minutes it was apparently finished and the aforementioned employee brought it out to me! I was very grateful, as I didn't expect that.
