It seems to be a theme with the Little C's in Erie. Understaffed, long waits and poor customer service. I get the sense that its a lack of training and supervision but the young people working there are doing their best trying to deal with unhappy and aggressive customers. Felt bad for the folks working there when I ordered. Both stars are for them.
