I was very disappointed. I picked up my order and my pizza was so dry . Then I try the crazy breads and they are rock hard and paper thin. Very bad experience

Just bought two hot and readys and they look more like old and crusty ...crust is harder than a rock looks like its been sitting in the case for a long damn time before I showed up...come on it's a pizza how hard is it to do it good !?
