Couldn't order through the app, which is fine not an issue, but tried to call and literally no one would answer the phone. So decided to order in store, and I found the reason why they weren't answering. They just didn't care enough to answer. Employees literally walking back and forth in the back not doing anything and just letting the phone ring. I listened to 4 separate calls go through while I was waiting to place an order. This is the only little ceasars I've ever had any real issues with, and I thought maybe it's busy, or just one of those days, but I'm convinced the employees just don't care enough about the quality of their work or customer service.
