Sometimes they are open but don’t pick up the phone.. sometimes they are closed due to short staffed… unpredictable…. Person who picked up the phone said they will open at 12 … called after 12. Said they r still closed…
Very dissatisfied with customer service at this location. I have been to this location frequently and today was the worst service ever. Arrived at the drive thru, no one to be seen. I waited for about 7 minutes for someone to arrive. The person at the window seemed very annoyed with having to do his job. Barely made eye contact.... was half way listening when taking my order. He seemed confused with the buttons on the register... before I could add the remainder of my order he proceeded with the eyeroll.... I just said you know what never mind. He tried to recover, then I said you really need to work on your customer service, and you do not need my business. Management really needs to give better training.
