Slow and confused they are

They have a special offered that between 4pm to 8pm you can buy a ready made small pizza consisting of 1/2 cheese & basil sticks and 1/2 pepperoni pizza. We bought one and the bottom was so hard that we scrapped the topping off because you could not chew the bottom. Will not recommend this.

So first off, I love Little Caesars Pizza. This negative review specifically for a combination of the ordering app and the manager at the Albany location at 979 central avenue. I ordered a pizza without sauce and have attached the receipt from the app as proof. For whatever reason in their system they got a pizza with sauce. Instead of working with me the manager tried blaming me for pressing wrong buttons, Said it was not his problem, blamed DoorDash for not verifying the order. And failed to understand the problem I was describing. He failed to understand it was the official little Caesar's app that had the problem. Because he was not listen...
