This location is horrible. Website doesnt work, called to place a order & they never answered but I hung up twice. Made order at restaurant & food was cold!

Ordered 2 pizzas total was $17. And was told it be 15 mins. Nobody mention about not able to wait inside store. Until I went back in to get pizzas and I was told rudely to wait outside due to company policy and that is posted on door. But yet sign on door says if sick don't come in and or practice social distancing of 6ft. No mention of not able to wait Inside.? Policy is not the law and I advised Manager of that. He chose to give refund instead of giving the pizzas that were coming out of oven already. Not good business practice since now they have $17 of food cost. I will be contacting there corporate office. This request coming from a manager not wearing a mask yet demanding me to wait outside due to covid. Picture was posted of manager.

Compared with their competitors Little Caesars Pizza has better prices but...I was disappointed when I called to place my order and they never picked up the phone. I told this black lady when I arrived to the restaurant and she told me I should place my order online instead of calling because they are always busy to answer the phone. I wasn’t mad and I specified myself saying I wasn’t complaining. She didn’t apologize. It seems she wasn’t happy that day. I understand they want to make their customers to place their orders online to cut employees but they are only hurting themselves by sending their customers away with bad service.
