Little Caesars Pizza in Pearland

I would not recommend this location at all. There are plenty of other pizza options nearby that will save you tons of time. I ordered two pizzas for delivery through the app, and they took almost two hours to arrive even though it was supposed to take 50 minutes max. It took so long that the first delivery driver left the store after waiting over 30 minutes for the pizza to be ready. I tried to call the store itself and the customer support number provided with the order to make sure my order had actually been received. I never got through to anyone. Tried to pick up a regular classic $5 pepperoni pizza that is supposed to be “hot n ready”. I was rudely told it was a 2 hour wait from a blue haired woman who couldn’t stop coughing into her hands the entire time she was at the register. Third time I’ve been here, and the customer service sucks every time.

This is by far the worst Little Caesars Pizza location. I ordered a THIN crust pizza with pepperoni, pineapples and jalapeños. After waiting more than 30 mins for my order, I received a regular crust pizza with pepperoni, pineapples, SAUSAGE , BACON and a cup of jalapeños on the side. Sausage and bacon are not even listed on the ticket. I asked the cashier Johnathan who was also the "manager" about my order and he said they forgot to put the jalapeños on the pizza so they just put them on the side. He also did nothing to address the issue of making the pizza with the wrong crust or toppings. When I asked to talk to his boss, he called James Dixon on the phone then mumbled something to him and then handed me the phone but James Dixon hung the phone up in my face before I even said anything. I should have known better than ordering here as I saw 2 upset customers taking with the manager, Johnathan before I orders and I also saw 4 customers angrily leave after being told it would take 30-40 mins for a pizza. I just don't understand how they market themselves as "hot n' ready" but it takes 40 mins for a pepperoni pizza and how they are constantly getting customer's orders wrong with no interest in correcting their mistakes. What a joke of a business.
