I love Lupe Tortilla. The HGWY 6 location is by far the best. However some inconsistencies and lack of customer service between the two locations we go to are becoming more frequent. What prompted this review is the inconsistency of when management picks and chooses to honor military discounts. As a military spouse I am always grateful to any company who honors and recognizes our service members but it's offensive when management flip flops. Please do better.

Lupe Tortilla is to go to place if you want quality tex-mex food! There is long wait times typically and subpar service but if you can get past that, the food is really worth it. I ordered the the beef Taco al Carbon and it was amazing I added onions and queso in it giving it the most flavor. The beef was well cooked with a really good flavor and a hint of lime.  Our server only came to our table when deemed necessary and we did have to wait over a hour and ten minutes but it could have been worse. However what upset me was when we ordered ice cream after our dinner we asked for new spoons and our server told us to "just use the same spoon" and to "lick the old food off the spoon". I really did not enjoy my time at Lupe Tortilla but I will go back for a second opinion.

We use to love coming to the Original location. Last 3 times we've been this year, there's been an issue with the management customer service. RUDE.
