Don't expect them to honor coupons advertised on their site. The employee simply tell you, "yeah it's the deal, but we're not going to honor it, my manager says call customer service if you have a complaint."

Called to place an order after seeing commercial on TV, web and app for 2-topping Lg pizza for $8.99.Girl that answered says, "sorry, we don't honor that offer." I asked them if they typically choose not to honor the promotions that the corporate chain does. She said no, but that they offer a medium for $8.99. I wonder how much money the franchise owner saves with this cheapskate way of running a business when people like me decide to take...
