I was a little nervous coming here as I read a lot of mixed reviews for this place. We came on Sunday at 1230pm when they opened. The outside shows no sign that they are open, the door was locked when I tried to open it. Luckily, the guy saw me and came out to open the door.... We ordered a California roll and a katsu Britto. It was $21 before tax. The California roll was fine, nothing extraordinary or anything. The katsu Britto is supposedly a fusion dish but it was definitely not worth it. It was like 95% similar to a snack wrap from McDonald's, in terms of flavor, but at least, it's cheaper at McDonald's. There's nothing wrong with it, just too pricey in my opinion. Overall, it was ok but for the price, I don't think it's worth it and the lack of signage as well as lack of creativity considering it's a Mexican-japanese fusion, probably not coming back anytime soon

We were unsure of a Mexican/Sushi fusion. Super glad we chose this restaurant! Ordered the Cazador, California Crunch and asked the waiter to pick one roll for us. They chose the Wallingford. Each of them were amazing. My boyfriend liked the Wallingford, never had sushi taste so fresh. The lime was a great touch, mouth is still watering. The crunch roll was similar to others but didn't disappoint and the Cazador was great with cooked salmon and pico de Gallo on top but was not even a bit spicy like it was advertised. Will definitely be coming and recommend the Wallingford to everyone!

This place is just awesome.Mejari Fusion Sushi, is in need of a real good Sushi house.. and yes, Mejari Fusion Sushi spot. Nice small and the decor is cute. My favorite is the Mejari Fusion Sushi... packed with flavor. Definitely an A in my places to eat here in Mejari Fusion Sushi!
