Real high quality teas! None of that powdered crap that most bubble tea places serve.

This place seems to be a family run business and I always prefer to boost them up a bit, but this place fell short of expectations during a hot and humid day in Amherst.  Needing a boba fix, this was the first place we saw.  They had something called Hawaiian milk tea, and I asked if this was a POG-like fruity concoction.  The woman behind the counter said that it was "a little fruit and a little flower), so I decided to give it a shot.  As far as I could tell, I only got a cup of lukewarm milk with no hints of fruit or floral.  The other items my party ordered were a little better - super fruit black tea was at least fruity, but the orange Yakult tea seemed to be really just Yakult.  Prices were a little higher than what we usually pay back home (that's a result of having dozens upon dozens of places competing for customers).  So, certainly plenty of room for improvement here.

Double check your order when choosing milk instead of milk tea. I have had my order mixed up especially since the staff has been recently changing everyday in the last month. Also, I noticed the milk used is regular whole Hood brand milk not organic. Just FYI if you were expecting organic as per their description. Otherwise it has been a fairly consistent experience.
