So very disappointed in the customer service. We get take out about once a week there and two days ago my husband ordered sesame chicken. He decided to take it to work the next day. He told me the chicken was so tough that he couldn't eat it. I called New China and asked for a credit. They told me that they would not do that ... 'fried' chicken menu items are prepared to be eaten that day. Who doesn't like leftover Chinese? Sadly we will not be ordering from them again.
