I loveeeee lou malnati's! Definitely my favorite pizza place in Illinois. I love their thin crust and their butter crust is also really good. However the one thing that stops us from coming more often is that the pick up time always ends up being later than what we schedule. Sometimes we wait up to 20 mins past the time they say it will be ready. Totally understand that they are busy but would really appreciate more efficient timing. Otherwise they are a definitely a family favorite and worth the price.

Online not in sync with locationWe ordered online but when we pulled up the New Lenox location had no idea an online order had been placed. Neither did the employees who scrambled to get our order together. A complete miss.
