Food was absolutely amazing! I don't really write reviews , but this place deserves one from me

Well.. looking at the reviews I was excited to give this food a try. The crab Rangoon's were okay, adding some green onion to the filling would break up and balance out the sweetness of them. I also got the yellow curry chicken, which was super sweet.. no good in my opinion. With this style of curry I look for savory with a hint of sweet. The mango and sticky rice was a dissatisfaction aswell. The sticky rice was not Rich and creamy, rather it was watered down and bland. Taste like they just mixed rice in sugar water. Nope! Not good Aim Thai restaurant on Montgomery has THE BEST mango and sticky rice in Houston. Give them a try and you'll see the difference. Also this place is expensive, for how the food is not on point.

I am a loyal customer who had previously frequented this Thai resturant after it suddenly openes after my previous favorite Thai resturant closed that was at the same location. Although disappointed about the closure, i decided to try Nua Thai. I found similar dishes and they were generally prepared the same. I was mostly satisfied with this business as a suitable substitute to my former favorite but with some small concessions. However after more than i year i have come to see that the service as well as the food are lacking. My most recent order of my favorite Pad Won See order was conpleted on time. At pick up i requested my usual soy sauce, hot sauce and cucumber sauce. I was shocked when i was asked to pay EXTRA for cucumber sauce! I wondered if such a charge would have existed if i was a dine in customer on that day. I didnt ask for an EXTRA portion. The request was basic to adding additional flavor no different than salt, pepper or soy sauce. Although small. It was a major turn off, especially when added to other little things. There are too many other options for that extend some what better customer sevice.
