It has definitely been a few years since I've been to Outback. We would go down in Ft Lauderdale with my parents but since I moved them up here and it was my dad's birthday.. it definitely was blooming onion time! Let's be honest most of us have been to Outback Steakhouse and know this restaurant is Australian themed. I am lucky enough to have been to Australia so I love it! This particular location is special to me. I remember when it was built and would go there often to drink at the bar and hang out. Our server was Mariela and she was incredible. Kept coming by checking on us, so nice and friendly, very on point. We ordered the blooming onion as an appetizer. Man that is good! No denying it is a perfect appetizer. Everyone at the table ordered steaks (which were cooked to perfection). Except for me, I ordered the blooming chicken sandwich. Wow it was good.
