They have no one at registers so you have to pay with a card. The lady telling people this is vary rude. They have no fountain drinks. My soup was warm not hot and was lacking flavor. Also the men's bathroom was vary dirty.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY single Panera Bread I’ve ever been too. Hoping to come in for a nice refreshing lunch, we get in line and see the group of standing employees scatter. One of the employees in line in front of us Clearly has never seen the menu before and takes so much time to order we have to step out of line and go to the kiosks. Once at the kiosk they were out of the pagers - (there are about 4 employees standing around doing nothing at this point) went to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper or paper towels. I’ve NEVER written a bad review to a restaurant but this was a horrible experience on every level.
