Panera Bread on Ankeny Boulevard and 18th is the worst run store I have ever seen. The district manager needs to get to that store and kick some butt. This is the second time we have gone to this store and the food was awful. The employees were in the back where they make food screwing around, laughing loudly and swearing. This time our food came out cold and the soup even had a skin on it because it was sitting so long. The sandwich had a few pieces of chicken on a tiny piece of bread with barbecue sauce on it. The sandwich was nothing like it was advertised. But yet those employees had time to do things they shouldn't be doing. How the manager could allow this type of behavior is ap...
