Tried to order online for pick up. Portal not working. Called to place phone order. Clerk said no because system is down. WHAT!! Can't take a phone order and make a pizza for a "customer". Rude and non caring attitude. NEVER AGAIN but I'm sure they could care less. They should just close the store!!

Got my order wrong again... Double checked my order after the guy left. Spent over 45 minutes on hold with the company and never got through. I am done with Papa John's Pizza. Worst service ever! If I could give zero stars I would
