The phone number belongs to the other store. When I made an order by phone, no one told me it was a different place. It seems like this stored was closed forever. I had to call the number again and asked for the address.

Never ever ever order “Plan Ahead”. They don’t even start them until after you show up in the store at your designated pickup time. Staff is frazzled but ultimately indifferent. Waited in store for 30 minutes past pickup time, 1:45 after time I ordered.

Papa John's pizza is almost always delicious. That's just the way it is. I'm not saying they're perfect but most of the time, their pizza is very tasty. The only reason I'm holding back from giving them five stars is because this particular location is in one of the most run-down areas I've ever seen. It's next to a convenience store and the sidewalk looks like it hasn't been cleaned or maintained for years. Also, the staff aren't fantastic, they aren't horrible, but they could definitely be better. But, when I carryout, Papa John's is the way to go.
